This Privacy Policy describes how the Tubidy mobile application (the "App") handles information when you use it. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Tubidy is designed to work with minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, phone number, or precise location.

Lets the App find and play music files stored on your device.
Allows saving downloaded and trimmed audio files to your device (Android 12 and below).
Required for online streaming, downloading music, and displaying ads.
Displays playback controls and download progress in your notification tray.
Keeps music playing and downloads running while the App is in the background.
Allows setting a trimmed song as your ringtone or notification tone, when you choose to.
You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings → Apps → Tubidy → Permissions. Some features may stop working if a required permission is disabled.

To keep Tubidy free, we display advertisements through third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These networks may collect and process certain data, such as your device's advertising identifier, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Google's use of advertising data is described in their policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google → Ads.
Tubidy allows you to stream and download audio content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of the content's source.
We do not host, own, or claim rights to third-party content accessed through the App. Downloaded files are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data processed by the App. Since most of your data (playlists, favourites, and downloaded files) is stored locally on your device, you retain direct control over it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can address it.
